Getting started
Do I actually need a new website?
If your current site is producing enquiries and you're proud to send people to it, maybe not - we'll tell you honestly. If it's dated, slow or quiet, it's costing you. A Website Refresh modernises a site whose foundations are sound; a full rebuild is the right call when the platform or structure is the bottleneck. We'll review your site and tell you which one fits on a 30-minute call.
Do small businesses really need a website?
Yes - for almost every business, a website is now the first place a potential customer checks, even when they heard about you by word of mouth. Social media and directories help, but you don't own them and they don't do the full job of explaining what you offer, building trust and capturing enquiries. A website is the one asset you own and control. It doesn't have to be big or expensive to start with; it just has to be credible, findable, and built to turn interest into enquiries.
I've built my own site - can you fix it rather than start over?
Yes. We often take on DIY sites - sometimes improving what's there, more often rebuilding it properly while keeping the content and rankings you've earned. We start with an honest assessment: what's worth keeping, what's holding you back, and whether you need a full rebuild or just targeted improvements. The goal is to keep the momentum you've built yourself and remove the limits, not to make you feel bad about the starting point.
How do I know if I need a full build or LaunchPad?
If you're established and need a site built to drive serious traffic and leads, a full Website Design build is the better long-term value. If you're early-stage or testing a new venture and want to be online properly without a big up-front spend, LaunchPad is the sensible first step. We'll have an honest conversation on a discovery call and recommend the one that actually fits your stage and budget, not the bigger sale.
