2. Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. You must not:
- Use the site to transmit malicious software or otherwise interfere with its operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the server it runs on, or any connected database.
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to harvest content or contact details, or to spam our forms.

3. Services and engagements
Any specific services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work or contract). These terms cover only the use of the website and any free-of-charge tools (calculators, downloadable resources, newsletter). Nothing on the site itself constitutes a binding offer of services.

The site, its design, copy, and code are owned by Maccs Digital Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Brand names and project case studies are referenced with the permission of their respective owners.
5. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
6. Liability
The information on the site is provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site, except for liability that cannot be excluded under English law (such as death, personal injury, or fraud).
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
