I build websites for a living. I also build businesses. That's the difference.
I'm an owner, too
I'm Jordan. As well as running Maccs Digital, I've built and grown my own brands - Panary, a glassware company, and Live Off Grid, an off-grid cabin business. So when I tell you a website has to bring in sales, I'm not repeating something I read. I've needed mine to.
That's the lens I bring to every project: I look at your website the way an owner does, because I am one.
Too many good businesses get sold a website that looks the part and does nothing
I kept seeing it - owners spending real money on a site that never produced a single enquiry. Not because they'd been ripped off, exactly. The sites usually looked fine. They just weren't built to do a job: no thought to how customers actually search, no plan to turn a visitor into an enquiry, and an agency that went quiet the day it launched.
I knew that frustration from the other side. Running my own businesses, I need a website to earn its keep - to bring in enquiries, not compliments. So I started Maccs Digital to build websites that actually do that, for businesses like yours.
The point isn't websites. It's what they do for you.
I care about businesses run by people doing real work - making something, serving someone, building something that matters. A website that brings in steady enquiries gives a business like that room to breathe and grow. Impact, progress, momentum. That's the part I'm genuinely in it for. The design and the code are just how we get there.

Honest, even when it costs the sale
If a smaller starting point is the right call instead of a full build, I'll tell you. If we're not the right fit, I'll point you to who is. That honesty is the whole brand, and it's not going anywhere.
You own everything
Your site, your domain, your data - all yours. No lock-in, no proprietary cage. I've built the business to be replaceable, and earn the next project on results, not a contract. Most clients stay anyway.
Outcomes over aesthetics
Good design is the price of entry. Enquiries are the point. I'd rather build you a site that's a bit less of an art piece and a lot more of a salesperson.

I don't start with your logo or your colour scheme
Because I run my own businesses, I start with how you actually make money - your best customers, your margins, your sales process, the jobs that eat your time. Get that right and the website almost designs itself around it. Get it wrong and you've just bought a nicer-looking version of the problem.
