Ours starts at £150/month for Website Care - or £99/month if we built your site - and £350/month for Site & Search Care, which adds a full performance and AI-visibility report. Hosting is included either way. There's no lock-in, and we'll recommend the plan that actually fits rather than the biggest one. Set against the cost of a hacked, broken or slow site, it's the cheapest protection you'll buy.

Website maintenance covers everything that keeps a site healthy and performing: software and plugin updates, security monitoring and protection, regular off-site backups, uptime monitoring, and performance / Core Web Vitals upkeep. Hosting is bundled in free, and you get a plain-English monthly report plus priority support - one real person to call. Our Site & Search Care plan adds a monthly read on how the site is performing: traffic, search visibility, whether AI engines are citing you, Google Business Profile and enquiries. The point is simple - you never have to think about the technical upkeep again, and you can see whether the site is actually working.

Yes. We look after plenty of sites we didn't originally build. We start with an audit to see what state it's in, fix anything urgent, and then keep it healthy from there. Occasionally we find a site that's been so neglected, or built so poorly, that ongoing care is throwing good money after bad - and if that's the case we'll be honest and talk you through whether a refresh or rebuild is the better long-term call.
